- All new members can not belong to any other Motor Club (Bike, Truck, Auto, Van or Social).
- All members that are on a 6 MONTH probationary period must attend 6 meetings and at least 6
events or functions.
- Any member leaving or terminated from 17Truckerz must return all colors. *Under no circumstnce will any
member who is no longer a part of 17Truckerz be allowed to take his/her colors with them. INCLUDING ANY ATTIRE WITH 17TRUCKERZ
NAME ON IT. THIS IS TO PROTECT THE ORGANIZATION.
- All members must attend all mandatory events and functions voted by the club.
- All 17truckerz events are MANADATORY attendance. $50.00 fine for each missed event, 4 mandatory
events per year, missed events is grounds for termination unless there is a family emergency.
- Be on time for all meetings.
- Meetings will be held preferably on every 3rd Friday (business) and every 3rd Saturday (recerational)
of every month.
- If you are gong to be late call someone, you have a 15 minute grace period. After that you will be charged
a $10.00 late fee.
- All members are responsible to make monthly meeting unless there is a family emergency he/she must notify
the board (any member of the board). Failure to do so will be listed as AWOL which carries a minimum penalty of $15.00 per
AWOL (3 consecutive AWOL- Termination).
- Any member who is delinquent (3) months in paying dues shall will be placed on probation for the
time he/she is delinquent.
- Any member on probation shall not receive any benefits and cannot partake in any events and have no voting
power with the organization. Members must attend meetings and pay dues until they are caught up.
- Each meeting will have a 15 minute grievance period, members will vote if it has to be extended further.
- All members will be notified in the event that there is a rescheduling of a meeting (ex. time or date
change, emergency meeting).
- Any member requesting a hardship wil be granted a 3 month period (ex. Death, illness, and finances).
- If a member quits or is voted our there are no refunds on any monies paid.
- If a member is being voted out of the organization he/she can not vote themselves in or out and must
be voted on by their peers.
- Voting is essential (majority rules).
- In the event a issue arises within the organization it will come to a vote. If the matter is not resolved
it will go to the board for a final decision.
- One person speaks at a time during meetings; no cross talking, you will be checked.
- No obscene language during meetings. $5 fine for obscene language. Let's keep it clean!
- Fights among members will not be tolerated and is grounds for termination.
- Cell phones on vibrate while in meetings.
- Know your limit; you are responsible for your own actions while under the influence of alcohol. Hostility,
fighting, arguing or any other inappropriate acts will not be allowed.
- Any breach of rule 23 will lead to grounds for termination.
